USC HILLEL ENGAGES STUDENTS WITH ISRAEL
USC Hillel views Israel as a core element of Jewish life and a gateway to Jewish identity. We provide every Jewish student with the opportunity to explore and build an enduring relationship with Israel through our engaging educational and cultural programs, support of pro-Israel student advocacy groups, Taglit-Birthright Israel, study abroad, and a variety of immersive travel opportunities.
Birthright Israel
Birthright Israel is a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity for Jewish college students to go to Israel for a 10-day free trip. This Birthright Israel LA Way experience is brought to USC Hillel in partnership with the Jewish Federation of Greater Los Angeles, and is a gift from Birthright Israel. USC Hillel is proud to take Trojan students on this amazing experience and to work with Birthright alumni.

Israel Groups
USC Hillel works with all Jewish and non-Jewish students and groups who show interest in learning more about Israel. Our goal is to inspire every Jewish college student to develop a meaningful and enduring relationship to Israel and to Israelis. It is important to us that Israel will not be seen in the narrow narrative of conflict, but have our students exposed to the culture, music, and innovative environment that Israel has to offer. We enable students to share a rich connection to Israel and to each other as a people. Engaged and educated students can become committed Jewish adults who are passionate supporters of Israel.
