USC Hillel Development & Data Fellow

USC Hillel Development & Data Fellows will help ensure that USC Hillel is reaching as many members of the Jewish Trojan Family as possible. Development & Data Fellows will serve as the CRM team for USC Hillel, ensuring all student, alumni, parent, and friend records are comprehensive with up to date relevant information. This includes adding event attendance, pulling reports, and gathering class year/major information. Interns will build a skill set of data analytics and learn how to manage fundraising databases. This role will collaborate with staff on specific projects as assigned by the Assistant Director of Advancement. An opportunity is available for continuity into the fall or spring semester.


  • Expand the comprehensive knowledge of constituents through content cleanup and running reports for strategic engagement

  • Creating a system of expectation for importing data to USC Hillel’s relationship management systems

  • Strengthening our connections with students and stakeholders through relevant information


Job Functions:

  • Work with supervisor to execute data or research projects during the summer months

  • Work collaboratively with USC student leaders and staff to gather pertinent information

  • Analyze data from the past few years to look for trends

  • Participate in meetings or events as necessary
