Other Holidays

Hillel acknowledges the rhythm of Jewish life by celebrating a series of Jewish holidays, including Sukkot, Chanukah, Tu B’shvat, and Purim. To mark these occasions, students and staff work together to create programs that connect Jewish students and the broader campus community through visual and fine arts, the environment, music and fun.

Whether students gather to make honey dishes for Rosh Hashanah, decorate our sukkah, or deliver mishloach manot (goodie baskets) to the elderly during Purim, Hillel is deeply committed to helping students develop personal and meaningful relationships with the Jewish calendar.
