USC Hillel is thrilled to offer a once in a lifetime opportunity to spend Alternative Spring Break in Alaska! Students will have the opportunity to explore Anchorage and participate in a number of service projects, including delivering Mishloach Manot baskets to senior citizens, volunteering in a Food Bank serving the less fortunate, and working with the students in the local Jewish Educational Center’s Spring Break Camp. All attending the trip will have the opportunity to learn about the Native Alaskan population and spend Shabbat with the Jewish community in Anchorage, also known as the “Frozen Chosen”.

Application deadline is Friday, November 2nd at 5:00 pm PST.

This will be an amazing opportunity for you to explore a new Jewish community and meet new friends at USC!
